It was still absurd, but yeah I guess it was relatively modest by their standards. As for the brocaine and anything else, I must have left too early and missed that part.

It was at their press conference last year. They had some street performer guy come in, and he was like a contortionist and when the Konami guys came and patted him on the back, he did some weird stretch and it looked like his head had come off and he’d caught it… and all this other cheesy humor. Wow, I’m surprised they announced it again rather than just put it out on the floor.

Transfarring actually could be a very big deal. Sony will be using the NGP to utilize it, and I’m sure that at some point the 360 will try it with some Windows 7 Mobile device. With all the portables eating up the market out there, it only makes sense that they try to market link-ups.

Sounds like Konami was able to reel it in a little bit this year, but still had some of their usual goofy hijinks. They have notoriously bad press conferences. Will we get any new Memes out of them this year?
